OM Bhakti - Graphic Designer (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities
- You will be primarily working with the Brand team and stakeholders.
- Work with the teams to design multi-channel promotional materials, Product packaging, social media posts, and e-commerce marketplace banners.
- The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
- The designs are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as banners, social media campaigns, reels, explainer & promo videos, printables, product packaging
Requirements
- 0-2+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
- Strong design software skills and a thorough understanding of Adobe creative suite especially, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma along with typography skills
- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, working on layouts and art working pages for print, and a basic understanding of Procreate & Adobe Draw for sketching icons
- Understanding of packaging
- Professional attitude and punctuality in meeting strict deadlines
- Impeccable attention to detail curiosity to learn & explore things outside your domain of expertise
- A true team player
- Working with a wide range of channels, Offline, Online Digital & affiliates contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.
- Video editing and Illustration skills are a plus
