OLYK is a company that is looking to disrupt the extra curricular space in the country.

We have already gained traction and looking for a Smart, English speaking Sales & Operations Manager to drive sales and handle day to day operations. Someone who is hungry to grow and ready to hustle.

Roles and Responsibilities as follows :

- Attain monthly targets based on discussions internally

- Set up Process Flows and SOP's for our team

- Manage day to day operations pertaining to sales, customer service, administration

- Strategize and plan our growth strategy in the coming months.

- Present daily, weekly and monthly reports

- Manage day to day operations of coordinating with students and teachers.

- Previous experience in leading an Inside sales Team is Required

We care about accountability and your drive to succeed with us. Please note that this is for our US operations, so you will be expected to operate at night and some time during the day. We do work 6 days a week as we are growing and need someone who is comfortable with that.

We are an early stage startup. We are looking for hungry people who want to make a change. Previous work experience in managing a US process and sales team is required. Any previous Ed-Tech experience is a plus
