OLYK is a company that is looking to disrupt the extra curricular space in the country.

We have already gained traction and looking for a Smart, English speaking Sales & Operations Executives to drive sales and handle day to day operations. Someone who is hungry to grow and ready to hustle. Freshers are more than welcome to apply. We have 2 Open positions

Roles and Responsibilities as follows:

- Attain monthly targets based on discussions internally

- Up-sell clients our examination packs

- Strategise and plan our growth strategy in the coming months.

- Manage day to day operations of coordinating with students and teachers.

- If things go well, start leading a team within couple of months of joining

- Getting in touch with students of Renewals and timeliness of class

- Previous experience in leading an Inside sales Team is Required

The role can be purely WFH. All we care about is accountability and your drive to succeed with us. The job timing starts from 10am and go on till 9pm. There will be lull periods in the day where you can relax. We do work 7 days a week as we are growing and need someone who is comfortable with that.

We are an early stage start-up. We will not be able to offer market rate salaries, only come in if you are comfortable with that and are hungry to join a startup
