Olyk - Executive - Sales - USA Market (3-7 yrs)
OLYK is a tech enabled Music Learning company enabling students around the globe learn music. In less than a year we have over 500 students and and a talent pool of over a 100 teachers.
We are looking for a team-lead expand our offerings in the US Market. The candidate must be comfortable working odd hours. The timings of work will be between 12am-8am. This is a position that requires a "self starter" mindset. He/She has to be internally motivated and ready to close sales and be responsible for revenue
Day to day tasks include :
- Calling up leads, understanding their requirements and setting up demos with teachers
- Co ordinating the entire demo experience with teachers and following processes.
- Achieving our monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain healthy KPIs as per company's requirements
- After sales service, renewals and referrals with our customers to ensure growth.
Key Skills Required :
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS office Required
- Being able to work in a team and able to face uncertainty
- Taking on challenges and working on them independently
