OLX - Territory Manager - Sell Side (4-7 yrs)

As Territory Manager for sell-side operations, you will be responsible to ensure that we are successful in selling cars to the used cars dealers from our auction platform. You would be managing a team of team leaders for dealer auction operations, new dealer onboarding, and key account manager and you will be responsible to ensure that all cars that are bought from the customer are sold to the dealer and we are left with minimum/nil inventory. Furthermore, getting adequate participation from the dealers, expanding the transacting dealer base and sale of cars at a minimum threshold margin is also the responsibility of the sell side lead.

"This role is for a fixed-term contract of 3 months. Renewal will depend on employee's performance rating and business requirements. Contract shall automatically expire on the last day if it is not renewed or terminated."

What you will do:

- Manage the entire dealer network/ liquidation of procured cars to the dealers.

- Acquire and onboard used car dealers who would participate in auctions with the objective of procuring used cars.

- Lead a team of DRMs to ensure retail expansion and constant participation from dealers.

- Lead teams to manage backend operations - warehousing, paperwork and last leg delivery of vehicles in compliance with processes.

Who we're looking for:

- Build well targeted business plans and strategies for allocating resources and increasing sales activities to achieve margin; Build sales strategies/ business plans to meet revenue goals.

- 4+ years of experience in team management is mandatory.

- Monitor and improve operations to ensure understanding of the business direction.

- Work through an environment of change and lead a sales team to deliver growth and achieve targets.

- Relationship management with used car dealers, automobile experience would be preferable
