- Daily,Weekly and Monthly Dashboards to be published accurately and timely
Ensuring Quality KPI of Agents are achieved
- FAR Scores
- Overall Quality Scores
- Test Scores
- Calibration Sessions
- Call Monitoring
Controlling Discipline
- Shift Roster Scheduling
- Attrition
- Absenteeism
- Training Days for each TM
- No Fatal Errors
Desired Profile:
- Experience of TeleSales and Team Handling of min 20-25 FTEs
- Experience of handling Voice and Email Support
- Experience in Client Management (added advantage)
