- Dealer centric role, acquisition of paid dealers on the platform (paid in terms of FD to ensure participation in auctions)
- Understanding of the used cars valuation/pricing is preferred.
- Prior used car market experience on dealer side is required/preferred.
- Expanding the dealer pool and make them participate on the auction.
- Defining beat plan and visiting them on monthly basis.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
