Olx - Associate - Key Account Management - OLX People (1-3 yrs)

We are looking for an Account Management professional who will be responsible for coordinating and managing existing or new accounts of OLX People for successful delivery through various internal operation team like recruitment ops, sales, payroll & staffing etc. for smooth delivery & transitions to the customer. The holder for this role will eventually be tasked on enhancing sales over MOM and YOY basis and achieve the desired targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. KAM will coordinate with all the recruitment ops, sales, payroll and staffing ops teams to ensure that everything is happening in required TAT :

- Recruitment : To ensure that the sourcing numbers are up to the expectations of the client to good enough to close the mandates shared with in the TAT agreed

- Staffing Ops : To ensure the necessary documents are collected, offer letters/appointment letters are released on time, etc.

- Payroll and Compliance : To ensure the salaries are released timely and accurately. To ensure that the client is compliant during the engagement

- Sales: To plan & build the headcount and good relationship with the client and to resolve the escalation.

2. Should actively increase the headcount of employees by driving the recruitment as well as by transfers :

- By regular follow-up with the EA/EM handling the account/job to increase the line-ups

- By continuously checking with the EA/EM if we are facing any challenges in sourcing the candidates. If any, resolve them by talking/meeting with the client.

- KAM will share any new mandates received from the client as per the category.

- He will be accountable to get the transfers from his/her client.

3. Should ensure a seamless experience for both the candidate and the client by resolving all the escalations and grievances.

4. Meet the client at least 2-3 times in a month to build and maintain the good relationship have a higher account penetration.

Desired Competencies :


- Fluency in Spoken and Written English, Punctual and Diligent.

- Keen to learn newest industry practices and challenges, perform duties with minimal supervision.

- Graduate or MBA Preferred.
