OLX - Associate - Customer Support - Mystery Shopper (1-3 yrs)
What you will be doing:
- Creating unique content and uploading new images in every phase and for each category.
- Posting ads both on OLX and competitor website on the same day to keep parity
- Collating relevant information, tracking response and ensuring data accuracy in terms of replies received on OLX and competitor's platform.
- Creating daily reports and final callouts of various phases on Excel and PowerPoint
- Coordinating with stakeholder's across other branch offices for buying the best suited and cost-effective packages
- Interacting and calling users as a Mystery Shopper; asking questions relevant to context (as outlined / as per OLX requirement)
- Gauging user experience and level of customer service to gain maximum information on OLX and its competitors
