What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

- Lead a team of 5-10 account managers

- Own the sales target

- Create database of clients through enhanced outbound calls and maintaining the database of the leads generated and make regular follow ups with them

- Identify sales opportunities through extensive research (Jobsites/Google) thereby generating leads

- Work with tele-sales team to connect with existing and potential clients to assess client requirements and then customizing solutions/packages as per their needs

- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients

- Analyzing data trends and giving inputs for developing strategic sales plans.

- Identify gaps/ possible improvements in processes & recommend solutions to address the same

What will you need to be successful in this role?

- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, of which at least 1 years should be in team management role

- Strong on-ground knowledge of Mumbai's recruitment market

- Experience in selling online recruitment solutions

- Exceptional communicator, speaking and writing clearly, concisely, and compellingly

- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills; high degree of emotional intelligence

- Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting deadlines

- Honey badger- attitude with a proven track-record of achieving aggressive sales targets

- Ability to influence partners and internal stakeholders at varying levels to support business goals

- Ability to be autonomously productive in an unstructured environment with little oversight from senior management

- Comfortable with structuring and conducting quantitative analysis to develop data driven decisions to grow partnerships, identify new areas of opportunity and demonstrate business impact of our partnerships to internal and external stakeholders

- Creative and innovative thinker, with strong self-discipline and time management skills
