Oliveboard - Team Lead - Content & Search Engine Optimization (3-5 yrs)
Role : Team Lead Content & SEO
Location : Bangalore (In Office Job)
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy.
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
- Monitor rankings for all business-critical keywords through tools like AhRefs, SEMRush, etc.,
- Monitor and Manage all SEO KPIs.
- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences.
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.
- Collaborate with tech team, marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Key Requirements :
- 3 to 5 years of experience as SEO Manager, Growth hacker or similar role.
- Proven success in managing SEO for a B2C company.
- Expertise in A/B and other testing methods.
- Familiarity with Wordpress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- In-depth knowledge of research principles, methods, and experience in analyzing data.
- Complete ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
