Oliveboard - Manager - Affiliate Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the growth and performance of Oliveboard's Affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Build new partnerships with high potential partners
- Monitor, Manage and grow existing affiliate partnerships
- Responsible for achieving the key business metrics for all the affiliate channels
- Set up deal structures, negotiate and close partnerships
- Interface with internal marketing teams to ensure a smooth communication flow
Qualifications/Skill set :
- At least 2 years of experience in managing affiliate marketing for a B2C company preferably in the education space
- Complete ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Analytically strong
- Critical thinker and the ability to think navigate through ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
