Reporting to Head : Sales Head
Qualification : Any Postgraduate, Graduate with sales experience.
Experience :
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2C client facing role.
- Candidates with work experience in education industry, banking & insurance and real estate will be given preference. Must be able to work under pressure.
CTC : 3 - 5 LPA
Job Description : We are looking for candidates in sales with a pleasing personality, boundless energy, and enthusiasm to work in an aggressive sales setup.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for booking client meetings over the call by cold calling on the data provided.
- Visit customer's home and display product demo.
- Counselling students and parent at their residence.
- Pitch annual subscription to the parent and upsell the product.
- Proficiency in negotiations and sales closure.
- Aggressively achieve business targets.
- Keep a record of all sales orders and maintain a track of follow ups.
- Extending all possible support in the marketing activities
Additional Skills : Tech savvy (MS Office mainly MS Word and MS Excel, Internet)
