Responsibilities:

1. Drive website sales: Develop strategies and initiatives to increase sales through the website and achieve targeted sales growth.

2. Manage marketing budgets: Plan and execute marketing activities within allocated budgets to maximize ROI.

3. Internet marketing expertise: Utilize proven internet marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

4. PPC and Paid Search management: Manage Pay Per Click campaigns and optimize them to drive quality traffic and conversions.

5. Google Ads advertising: Handle advertising on Google Ads, targeting the US market with a minimum monthly ad spend budget of $100,000.

6. Brand building: Develop and implement brand-building strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.

7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities for improving website

conversion rates and implement optimization strategies.

8. Analytics: Use data analysis to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.

9. SEO/SEM: Optimize search engine presence through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts.

10. Email marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.

11. Affiliate marketing: Collaborate with affiliate partners to expand the brand's reach and acquire new customers.

12. Social marketing: Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns to engage with the target audience.

13. Team leadership: Lead and manage both internal employees and external service providers or freelancers effectively.

14. Numerical proficiency: Analyze data and metrics to understand performance and make informed marketing decisions.

15. Communication skills: Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to present ideas and strategies clearly.

16. Self-motivation and flexibility: Be proactive and adaptable, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Skills:

1. 5+ years of relevant experience in internet marketing, preferably in internet retail.

2. Exposure to the North American market is desirable.

3. Strong experience with PPC and Paid Search.

4. Demonstrated experience in advertising on Google Ads with a significant budget.

5. Solid understanding of essential internet marketing aspects.

6. Brand building expertise.

7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) knowledge.

8. Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.

9. Experience in SEO/SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and social marketing.

10. Leadership skills to manage internal and external teams effectively.

11. Strong analytical skills with out-of-the-box thinking.

12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

13. Social skills to interact with senior management and stakeholders.

14. Self-motivated and flexible, able to work independently.
