Key Responsibilities :

- Front-end client facing role, end-to-end coordination, from pitching of the order to post-sales

- Lead generation and business pipeline research and development

- Plan approaches and pitches 


- Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives

- Responsibility to manage the client post-delivery for retention and leveraging the upselling opportunities

- Daily work will involve usage of software's and tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM and many more

- Planning and execution of all CRM sales and marketing campaigns (automate notifications, emails, calls etc.)

- Effective Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills especially with senior business leaders, HR and procurement leaders in corporates

- Outstanding problem-solving skills to derive more efficient methods to acquire leads and generate maximum results working with minimal resources

- The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

- Ability to learn new tools on the go and open to constant learning.

- Ability to thrive in social environments, comfortable interacting with new clients, passion to work in a small company and help in rapid growth acceleration

Designation : Business Development Executive

Experience Required : 0 to 2 years

Training period : 2 months (founder-led)

No. of Positions : 1

Work hours : 10.30 a.m to 7.30 p.m

Location : On-site Work (North Delhi, India)

CTC : 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 (commensurate with experience) + sales bonus (variable; no limit)
