- To visit dealers showroom / OCs for JDS implementation as per set plan
- To review the design keeping in view dealers showroom specifications
- To identify the gaps in the design
- To share the gaps with design team & get the changes incorporated in the drawings
- To brief design to the dealers and seek their approval
- To share the changes in design suggested by dealers to designing team and get the changes incorporated in the design
- To brief the working drawings to the fabricators
- To ensure fabrication work resume as per agreed timelines
- To arrange critical item required for JDS
- To review JDS work status of every showroom
- To identify snags in the dealers showroom / OC
- To share snags identifies with fabricators
- To ensure fabricators remove snags within agrees timelines
- To ensure JDS is executed as per working drawing guidelines
- To ensure JDS is executed within defined budget
- To ensure fabricators complete JDS in dealers showroom / OC as per agreed timelines
- To share JDS completion report with Head - VM
- To audit showroom with JDS to ensure it is properly maintained by dealers
- To ensure new products are displayed by dealers as per VM guidelines
- To share audit report with Head - VM
