- Contact prospective clients to convince them to purchase Vedantu services to improve children's quality of education and academic result.
- 10+2+3 or 10+3 Diploma qualification,
- Any science background or BBM, BBA, MBA, BE/B.Tech (B.com, M.com, Bpharma, BA - Strict NO)
- 2+ years of experience ( Out of 35 openings client wants to hire 30 - 40% BPO telesales & 60% relavent experience )
- Laptop required
- Android Phone
- Fluent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
- Fluent Hindi skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
- Fluent Kannada skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
Job description :
- Contact prospective clients to convince them to purchase Vedantu services to improve children's quality of education and academic result.
- The lead will be provided by the company
- Need to make 80-100 cold calls on given leads
- Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure the progression of leads from identification to closure
- Achieving enrolment targets (End to End Sales).
- Lead conversion through outbound calling.
- Provide counseling to students and help them choose the right learning module
