Officer/Senior Officer - Telesales - Banking Contact Center (0-4 yrs)
Hiring for a leading private sector bank to hire Officer/Senior Officer for its contact center to be based in Gurgaon.
Job Description:
a. Make Telephone calls to Prospects for Banking Product and Services.
b. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
c. Achieved Budgeted Campaigns, AHT rate and specified targets
d. Understand and manage personal performance on daily basis
e. Attend Campaign /Product/Team Briefing
f. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of CASA product features/USP
g. Maintain Confidentiality
h. Act as a representative of the customer and represent their interest always
j. Provide feedback and input to script, copy development and product team
k. Record details of lead notes
Desired Profile: Graduate with min 1 + Years Experience into outbound Sales.
Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
Confident self-motivated and incentive driven
Friendly Personality and Team Player
Ability to speak in Hindi, English and Regional Language
Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
