Position: Officer/Sr. Officer - Luxury Bathing Solution
- To promote, establish and highlight consumer bathing solution as Luxury Bathing Solution at the dealer's show room.
- To promote luxury consumer bathing solution in a multi-brand atmosphere.
- To engage walk-in clients and generate their interest in consumer bathing solution.
- To create need in the mind of the customers by suggesting all possible luxury solutions being provided by the house.
- Engage and escort all customers to the Customer bathing solution section using Power Statements.
- CREATE NEED in the mind of every customer
- Identify the spoken and not spoken needs of the customer.
- Envision a dream for your customers. Make them visualize a luxury bathing experience by Customer bathing solution by using descriptive words, adjectives and powerful metaphors.
- Carve a way for the customer to visit the Centre for an extensive knowledge of the product.
- Be ready with contact details (pamphlet, brochure, etc.)
- Identify key customers of the store, going for meeting especially with the architects and consumers.
- Maintain rapport with these key accounts and gain knowledge about their upcoming projects and pass on the leads to our branch sales employees.
- Ensure uncompromising maintenance in the best state- of the section in the store.
- Be mindful of the best possible display of visual merchandising.
- Operate on the BAF phenomenon. Always begin your interaction with a benefit for your client.
- Maintain stocks for product ranges and inform the concerned (branch, dealer) for stocking.
