Officer/Senior Officer - Sales - Building Material - South (3-6 yrs)
Main responsibilities of the Job :
- To develop sales in the designated area .
- Set up and maintain a professional dealer network in Davanagere, Chitradurga, Bellary, Yadgir, Gulbarga, Raichur, Vijayanagar & surrounding districts
- To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B in the region.
- Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get Product specified.
- Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative) :
- To achieve the sales targets assigned for the region
- To develop and maintain the dealer network
- To have good negotiation and decision making ability
- To have good coordination with external agencies
- To extend the Marketing activities in the region
Qualification : MBA with Marketing
Age : 26-30 (Male/ Female)
Experience : 3-6 years (Officer/Sr. Sales officer). Preferably worked with architects, interiors, builders for the Projects in Building material industry.
Skills : Smart, dynamic, willing to travel extensively to defined area and good in MS Excel, Word & PPT Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English & local language)
Geographic Knowledge : Mandatory working experience in Davanagere, Chitradurga, Bellary & surrounding districts. He/She should be able to travel extensively.
Location : -Candidate should be based at Davanagere
