- Collaborate with PMCs, Architects, Design Analysts, Builders, and Contractors & Interior decorators to understand business or industry requirements & convert them to sales.
- Market Development & expansion of customer base in uncovered potential markets in assigned territory.(Distributors, Dealers & Sub-Dealers).
- Organizing Marketing Events for Clients (Architects, Specifiers, Project Managers, Contractors, Dealers & Sub Dealers etc).
- Responsible for achievement of Business targets through Institutional & Retail market.
- Ensuring fulfillment of better service commitments to clients and follow up for customer feedback or complaints.
