Job description :
- The role of the Sales Officer is to implement the territory growth objective.
- Analyze the Quarter targets to drive brand beat and DSR wise sales achievement based on the potential of the Distributor area.
- Ensure Process adherence at distributor point and influence distributor for necessary infrastructure.
- Ensure core infrastructure requirement of FOS, Deliveries, Market Investments, RDS software etc. are in place and leveraged for market growth.
- Recruit and train DSR/ISR team and provide on the job coaching leveraging Passion Techniques.
- Execute brand with activation and trade marketing plans in the territory.
Planning :
T- he Distributor point is the key place of planning activity in the Sales Officer work schedule.
- Target Setting and Performance Supervision
- Monthly coverage expansion and activation planning
- Identifying training needs and training the DSR/ISR
- Commercial Control (Claim Submission, Market Hygiene and damage/expiry returns)
- Tracking compliance to the process parameters (TLSD, Productivity, Active OL)
- ZPL Incentive Achievement tracking for the DSR/ISR
Execution :
The Market is the key place of execution in the Sales Officer work schedule.
- Inculcating Passion way of selling in the DSR/ISR team
- Partnering with Distributor to ensure coverage of outlets as per norms
- Partnering with Distributor for trade activation plans
- In Store Execution in Retail as per the Norms
- Developing Business with Key Customers
- Competition Monitoring
