- Minimum Qualification : Graduation
- Age not more than 30 years
- Budget up to Rs 2,75,000/-
- Up to Rs 2,75,000/- for UP
- Up to Rs 3,50,000/- for Delhi NCR & Maharashtra
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Proven sales experience in secured loans (LAP, Mortgage) of at least 1-2 years
Job Description :
- Generating sales leads through multiple channels.
- Achieving assigned sales targets.
- Reporting and update on each deal to the supervisor and seek timely intervention for deal closure.
- Regular follow up with customers and respective teams.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Analysing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
