Officer - Sales - Loan (2-6 yrs)
We are hiring for reputed Loan company
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ability to drive "sales targets" of multiple loan products - PL, BL, HL, LAP etc.
- Driving business through aggregators like CA's, Freelancers, connectors, agents, DSA etc.
- Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.
- Be responsible for Team recruitment & managing the same.
-Proper coordination with HO for fulfilment of various leads provided from time to time.
- Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities
Key Skills: -
- Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience in loans or CASA
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Have strong leadership skills.
- The candidate with experience in the loan industry
- Knowledge of local language.
- Knowledge of local bankers
Compensation - Up to 4LPA
Qualification: - Any Graduates in any stream
