Officer - Sales - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Control manufacturers' daily activities to ensure a robust pipeline.
- Ensure IRDA compliance with licensing and commission payments to agents.
- Be in charge of guaranteeing the quality of applications.
- Support and advise the producer in all operations relating to policy services.
- Make individual agents expand by at least 20% annually.
- To find and hire agents for the Life Ins business.
- Using company leads to convert, then designating a branch.
- Keeping in touch with existing clients and branch employees.
- Training, advising and keeping the RMs and PBs informed on life insurance principles, selling techniques, a company's products, and procedures.
