Job Title : Sales Officer for Home Loan

Reports to : Head of Home Loans
Summary :
- The Sales Officer for Home Loan is responsible for selling home loans to potential customers. They will work with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend the best home loan product for them. They will also be responsible for processing loan applications and closing the sale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers
- Present the home loan product to potential customers and answer their questions
- Negotiate terms and conditions of the loan with potential customers
- Close the sale of home loans
- Process loan applications and documentation
- Maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Stay up-to-date on the latest home loan products and regulations
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Freshers to 2 years of exp in the same field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of home loans and the lending process
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
