Officer - Sales - Education (2-4 yrs)
In search of the company's extensive Area Sales Officer, who will oversee sales teams and push goal accomplishment.
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Hiring representatives.
- Developing and training agents based on commission.
- Keep an eye on each agent's activity plan to make sure all requirements are being met at the appropriate levels.
- Encourage and inspire agents to enroll in the Career Progression Program in order to get them inside the company.
