- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for spearheading lead generation efforts, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive selling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a passion for exceeding expectations in a competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Initiate and execute lead generation activities, including cold calling, to identify and target potential clients within the designated regions.

Client Engagement : Set up and manage daily meetings with prospective clients, providing comprehensive information about our product offerings and benefits to address their needs effectively.

Sales Performance : Consistently surpass sales targets and quotas through proactive selling techniques and strategic client engagement.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business, product requirements, and preferences, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Solution Development : Collaborate with the team to plan and pitch tailored product solutions for clients, leveraging market insights and industry trends.

Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed ground information, enabling strategic decision-making and sales optimization.

Professional Development : Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study, staying ahead in a dynamic market landscape.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Education : B. Pharma/M. Pharma/B.D.S./B. Sc. qualifications preferred.

Experience : Proven track record of 1-5 years in Sales, with marketing representative experience for pharma sales preferred.

Skills : Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge : Familiarity with dental products and equipment preferred but not mandatory.

Traits : Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

Language Proficiency : Proficiency in English and regional languages.
