Responsibilities :
- Identify and onboard new Distributors/Stockists in key districts such as Nellore, Vizag, Guntur, Kakinada, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to achieve sales targets.
- Implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell our premium hair care products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetic industry or FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Andhra Pradesh market is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
