- Meet Sales and Revenue Targets :
- Consistently drive top-line sales to achieve territory, and area financial goals
- Increase market share to maximize sales and profits
- Effectively understand and challenge competitor products and sales
- Track, monitor, and maintain sales growth on weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
- Achieve sales growth goals through current customers as well as through consistent development of new business
- Maintain and develop Dealer Network:
- Team Management
- Comfortable with travelling.
- Internal coordination needed.
- Develop strategic plans to effectively understand the existing dealers and help them achieve agreed business in terms of both Value and Volumes.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely service and troubleshooting complaints
- Sales & collection Product promotional activity
- New dealers appointment dealers meeting
- To motivate the sales team how achieving their target achieve sales target
- Time to time market visit,
- Marketing Initiatives :
- Plan current and future sales strategies to aid in goal achievement
- Understand current market trend and accordingly drive the sales and marketing efforts
- Introduce various concepts for market development by visualizing the changing environments to upgrade the image of the products with end users
- Organize displays and product launches to effectively promote the product among new customer
