Officer - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- To recruit and manage a team of distributors/partners and generate business through them on Monthly Basis.
- Doing Performance Review of your distributors/partners
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in field sales or life insurance sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
