We are looking for a passionate person to join our sales team. The Out Side Sales Officer's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls and meeting sales targets.
Payroll : On Roll
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Others
Job Description :
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meeting, sales events and training
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
