Officer - Sales - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Looking sales persons from Pharma , FMCG , Insurance , Banking , Telecom, Education counselor, Other sales and marketing sector.
Roles :
- Identify and target potential customers for CASA accounts, focusing on individuals and businesses.
- Build long-term customer relationships, understanding their financial needs, and offering customized solutions.
- Stay updated on our financial products and services to educate and cross-sell to customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers.
- Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities.
- Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance, insurance, etc.).
- Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., insurance agent or broker licenses).
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry.
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 350,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
