Officer - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Answering questions from customers and, if required, forwarding complex issues to the relevant departments
- Calling potential customers to encourage sales and give product details
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target market
- Forming and keeping long-lasting relationships with customers
- Recruiting, choosing, and training sales personnel
- Inform potential customers and clients of any current specials or promotions
- Answer all questions from leads and customers accurately; when needed, assign a higher priority or escalate inquiries from leads and customers
- In an effort to maintain favorable business and customer relationships and raise customer lifetime value
- Obtain and manage referrals from clients
- Maintain thorough records of all meetings, transactions, complaints, and status updates.
