Officer - Sales - BFS (0-3 yrs)
- As a Bank Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling various banking products and services to both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers to understand their financial requirements and goals.
- Promote a range of banking products such as current accounts and savings accounts
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and conversion rates to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales, and transactions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Continuously improve personal and professional skills to stay competitive in the market.
Requirements :
- Graduation In any field
- 6 Moths to 3 Years experience in field Sales
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
