Officer - Sales - BFS (0-3 yrs)
- The Sales Officer works closely with various internal departments to coordinate activities and deliver exceptional service to clients. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively build and maintain relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain strong connections with clients and potential clients in the designated territory.
- Find and gain new clients using a variety of methods, such as networking, cold calling, and recommendations.
- Exceeding the allocated territory's sales goals and expectations
- For the purpose of spotting market trends and prospective opportunities, conduct market research.
- Develop and implement successful sales strategy with the team.
- Ensure that the CRM system has correct and current records of all customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other workplace activities.
Candidate profile :
- Education : Bachelor's degree
- Experience : 0-3 years experience in sales and marketing
- Age : 21 to 28 years
