Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate, (Engineers also excepted with Sales Experience)

Salary Range - 2 Lac to 3.8 Lac pa.
( - Note - Would give preference 15% - 30% increment from previous take home depending on the candidate)
Location - Delhi, India
Gender Preference - Male/Female
Age - Upto 30 Year Max.
Primary Role of the Job:
= CASA Sales/Sell Current Account and Savings account to open market customers
Candidate Specifications:
- 1 - 5 years- experience, in any Direct Selling, preferred from Banks or Brokerage firms & Any Sales experience from other industries are also acceptable
Strictly No Freshers & Channel Sales Experience
Preferred Son of soil
Fluency in the vernacular language and basic English communication is expected
Age up to 30 Yrs Max
Preferred Male but female candidates can be looked at with sales experience
2 Wheeler Must
Selection Process:
- 1 or 2 Business rounds
- Mostly will be held on the same day
- Post selection of a candidate, the following steps are done for offer issue
- Standard KYC document collection from the candidate
- Compensation discussion with the candidate
- CIBIL check
- Offer Release from the central team (Both hard & soft copies)
