- To be successful as a sales officer, you should be persuasive and knowledgeable of industry regulations. Ultimately, an outstanding sales officer should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times.

Sales Officer Responsibilities :

- Assist sales manager with developing sales plans and action plans; develop new business leads; prepare and service customer accounts

- Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems

- Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers

- Perform competitive analysis, market research, and product assessment

- Conduct presentations, attend trade shows and events to promote products

- Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships

- Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts

- Manage and maintain sales inventory

- Analyze and report on sales performance and sales trends

Requirements and skills :

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

- Proficiency in English

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

- Fast learner and passion for sales

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

- High school degree
