Officer - Sales - Bank (1-2 yrs)
- We looking for the Sales Officer is to acquire new clients around the branch catchment area, build relationship, build Liability Book & generate revenue through cross sell of various banking products.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets to contribute to the company level growth target though loan attachment products.
- Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from other.
- Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area.
- Providing overall guidance to newly-recruited Sales Representatives.
- Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations.
- Cross selling other banking products.
Required Candidate profile :
- Graduation only.
Experience : 1 to 2 year in Field Sales.
Age : 21 to 30 years.
- Responsible for achieving the cross sell targets.
- Must have Good Communication skills.
