Officer - Sales - Bank (0-4 yrs)
- Our company is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
Sales Officer Responsibilities :
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees.
- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Analysing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build good relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage customer records, orders and inventory management
- Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team and other departments within the organization
- Familiarity with sales techniques and tactics to identify potential customers and drive sales
- Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets under pressure
