Officer - Sales - Bank (0-3 yrs)
- As a Sales Officer your ability to understand customer needs, leverage sales experience, and stay informed about market trends is crucial for success in this role. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, opening current and savings accounts, generating leads, cross-selling banking products, and building strong customer relationships.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in banking or finance.
- Must have a bike for commuting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets for banking products, including Current and Savings Accounts.
- Open current and savings accounts for customers, understanding and addressing their specific -needs.
- Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities, identifying potential customers.
- Cross-sell banking products to existing customers, recognizing opportunities for additional services.
