We are hiring for a client which is one of the largest car rental and employee transportation companies in India providing nationwide mobility solutions.

The Job Key responsibilities areas :

- You shall play an important role in acquiring new business and building a solid foundation for the organisation.

- You shall participate in planning and execution of organisational strategy for acquiring business. It is a progressive role with a bright future in an organisation which is imminently poised to jump to the league of large-cap organisations in near future.

- Generate and keep the sales pipeline filled with target and prospective clients through business and social platforms such as trade association, referral sales, inbound leads etc.

- Research, generate and analyse relevant information about the target clients and target audience to initiate the prospecting activity. This shall involve one or more of emailing, telemarketing, building appropriate sales pitches and need assessment.

- Create customer-centric solutions, close sales and generate revenue.

- Regularly report and maintain data in suitable CRM/LMS software and track all leads till the end of Sales Cycle.

- Be organisation's eyes and ears in keeping track of market information and business trends.

- In summary, supporting the organisation with Prospecting; Making discovery calls; Performing demos; Qualifying leads, preparing introductory presentations, ensuring business generation.

- Liaising with internal teams for lead generation and closing new business.

- Leading discovery and implementation of new initiatives and ideas in the company.

- Building organisational capabilities through regular research on industry trends and competitors.

- Having in-depth knowledge of the organisation's products and solutions.

- As a self-motivated, aspirational achiever, you shall implement latest tools and trends to evolve suitable practices for this important business function.

Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :

- Experience working in field sales.

- Similar profile with reputed and progressive large organisations in the Service Sector.

- Prospecting and Client need identification for generating business.

- Lead conversion and business generation.

- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email marketing tools (Mailchimp etc.), other relevant tools and CRM/LMS software.

- Intrinsic motivation and keenness to learn.

- Good communication and influencing skills for multiple audiences.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language.

- Understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques befitting buying behaviour of B2B clients.

- Objective driven readiness to take challenge of target linked compensation.

- Understanding of various growing business sectors and industries in India, relevant to our business.
