Officer - Retail Sales -Jewelry (1-14 yrs)
In this job, it's your responsibility to sell jewelry, maintain the store, and answer customers' questions as they browse or buy jewelry.
- You will be responsible for selling goods and services and providing the best customer service for the consumers.
- Retail sales specialists assist the customers on the floor, directing them to the area of their needs, and recommending them products according to their budget limitations.
- Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
