- We have urgent openings for the position of Manager with most of the leading life Insurance company in Direct Vertical.
Job Description :
- Managing a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers
- Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
- Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
- Responsible for capacity building at branch level
- Cross sell and up sell of products products based on the life cycle needs of the customers
