Location : Vijayawada/Bhimavara/Rajahmundry
Pay Roll : On Roll
CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA
Responsibility :
- Build Cohesive unit through recruiting and developing agency sales managers and distributors.
- Manage Performance, Persistency and Profitability of the unit assigned.
- Build and monitor sales process of Licensing , coding and activization of distributors.
- Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.
- Train team members on selling and products
Candidate Profile :
- Age between 23 - 35 yrs
- Graduation / Post Graduation
- 2+ year Sales experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Industry preferred.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
