Officer - Inside Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
We are hiring Inside Sales Officer. Looking for candidates from BFSI Sector
- Accept leads generated from in-branch lead generators as well as warm leads provided by the bank from the database
- Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.
- Act as an intermediary for selling the insurance product of the insurance company
- Make appointments, explore the customer's financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas
- Select appropriate product to meet these needs from the company product range, aim customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Education : Any bachelor degree
- Experience : 2 to 4 years experience of field sales & marketing in BFSI sector (Bank, Finance, Life / Health / general Insurance, Sales Small Finance, etc)
- Having best convincing & selling skill
- Having best networking skill
