Officer - HoReCa & Retail Sales - Cheese (2-4 yrs)

Primary Purpose :

To promote the brand for HoReCa and Retail Sales of Gourmet Cheese.

Primary Responsibilities :

The candidate will be responsible :

- To plan and successfully implement new products

- To identify and implement trade promotions in order to strengthen the brand

- To make regular market visits & cold calls in order to generate leads

- For conversion of leads into sales

- To innovate targeted sales to increase product uptake

- To achieve the Sales targets

- To build and maintain good customer relationships

- To ensure complete Customer Satisfaction

- For determining and maintaining merchandising norms in the outlet and training internally

- For collecting payments from market

- For providing timely inputs to seniors regarding existing competition and sales

Knowledge & skills :

The candidates should possess :

- Sound working knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close of Gourmet Cheese

- Experience in lead generation and prospecting potential clients

- Excellent conversing skills while interacting with new people and making cold calls

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Persuasive skills and be an energetic, goal oriented and self driven member of the team

- The ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time well

- Proven sales record and growth year on year basis

- Problem solving skills

- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM)

Experience : 2-4 years in HoReCa and Retail Sales of Gourmet Cheese

Qualification : Graduate

Reporting to : Senior Sales Manager

Location : Mumbai (Candidates from Mumbai will be preferred)
