Officer - Guest Relation/Customer Relation (0-2 yrs)
- Should Provide excellent customer service to the guest.
- Handing Guest complaint
- Overseeing VIP guest arrival and departure
- Timely being in touch with guest and inviting them to visit the casino
- Good command over Hindi and English essential. South Indian language will be an added advantage
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Addressing and escalating customer complaints. Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
