Title : Front line Sales Officer (FLS)

Job Roles & Responsibility :
- Sales of Health policies through the agency model.
- Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
Must Have :
- Local language is must for regional places.
- Should have Personal vehicle.
- FLS should not have IRDA license.
Qualification Required :
- Graduation must (Regular/Correspondence)
- Should have 1-7 Years of experience in Health policies Sales.
- Should have experience of Agency Model.
