Officer - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
Field sales: Gather leads in the field and contact them by phone at the numbers that are provided.
- Digital campaigns, trade exhibits, conferences, references, etc. all produce qualified leads.
- Determining the needs of the client and providing them with assistance and solutions.
- By searching for leads online, in business directories, or from digital sources, you can compile a database or list of potential customers.
- Supplying and displaying data to prospective customers.
- Responding to inquiries from prospective customers and follow-up calls.
- Dispatching workers to conduct field training and customer onboarding.
- Monitoring sales and performance indicators on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Creating channels to close sales with the help of channel partners and team members.
- Keeping a database with the information of potential clients.
